Of course, since he didn't have $5 million to pay himself, he asked that the state pay on his behalf. His suit was thrown out.

If that really caused ear damage than I would be deaf.

You can sue homeless people!?

If an insurance company can sue you for using their insurance, that you pay every month for, then they are pretty much saying, give us your money, but if you need actual insurance, we are going to sue you. That is a crime, and the risk they take in that business. That should be a crime to make you pay more than your premium for using their services that they sell you.

I think it was the insurance company of the woman who fell that was suing the old woman, not the old woman's insurance company suing the old woman for debt incurred.
